I am astounded by the reporting here that is nowhere in MSM or even Substack. It’s probably a good thing that “under reported war“ reports on results instead of planning, so the T regime can’t interfere. What Ukraine is doing, is simply phenomenal and gets my applause for each and every bit of success! ❤️ what happens to our own country as a whole when we are no longer manufacturing all the weapons/planes/tanks? Our economy will collapse following the results of the unneeded war with Iran. Lasting results that only Russia (and maybe China) can love.
The USA is the wealthiest nation that has ever existed so maybe losing some defense sales won't be as catastrophic as you fear. Trump's managing that on his own right now by wrecking the global economy. The soft power that America will lose if customers turn away from its arms could trigger a major decline in influence. It is all so very dumb.

I would like to add that as a member of Indivisible Abroad we are working on a campaign together with German computer hacking groups, like DatenPunks and Computer Chaos Club to develop a global divestment from Big data gathering Big Tech. We are at a stage now where the Indivisible group I lead is trying out alternative platforms for the tech we want to replace in our lives, so it is not a boycott, but a divestment, and then we will be spreading the word. We are going to be doing training of other groups on the Fediverse. Indivisible is growing to more and more countries so that the last No Kings demonstration data had groups on all 7 continents.
